Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a business strategy in a Southern African country that is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
· Lead, motivate and develop the local team, including hiring, training and performance management.
· Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building partnerships and managing marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitive activity to inform decision-making and strategies.
· Work with the product and tech teams to ensure the betting platform meets the needs of customers within the Southern African country, and advocate for those customer needs with the global team.
· Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations and standards as well as company policies and procedures.
· Assist with the preparation of documentation and presentations for the Local Tax office and Gaming Board.
· Collaborate with other regional and global team members to share best practices and identify areas of improvement.
· Ensure that the local accounting team makes all sales and collections in an accurate and timely fashion.
· Ensure company standards are met across marketing and customer services.
· Prepare OPEX, investment budget projections and detailed cash flow analyses of the business, with P&L responsibilities.
· Conduct market studies to collect customer feedback and generate reports of the findings for the product and marketing teams.
· Conduct reviews of the competitors in the Southern African country and produce quarterly reports on their business actions (product, pricing, marketing, etc.)
· Assist with hiring of local business divisions: HR, marketing, accounting, retail, IT.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
· Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the gaming (or related) industry.
· Strong experience leading a team and driving business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams.
· Proficiency in English and ideally any other languages.
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment.

Pay: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
