Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit products (e.g. loans, store credit, personal finance options)
- Assist customers with applications and documentation
- Provide clear explanations of credit terms, repayment options, and product benefits
- Capture customer information accurately and maintain records
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (required)
- Previous retail or sales experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills in English (other South African languages are a plus)
- Must be confident, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Must be based in or willing to travel to Woodmead
- Must have a clear criminal record
