Job function:
- Capturing of creditor invoices
- Preparation of creditor reconciliations for filing
- Working with the audit team to ensure that all accounts loaded for payment have been audited monthly
- Electronic filing of invoices
- Maintaining the creditors, audit and accounts mailbox
- Cashbook
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment schedules
- Reconciliation of credit cards
- Loading payments onto online banking
- Liaising with creditors
- Monthly Journals
- General audit work relating mainly to creditors
- Assisting with the month end tasks
- Any ad hoc duties assigned to you
Experience and knowledge required:
- A BCom degree
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Highly analytical
- Attention to detail
