Creditors Supervisor - Head Office (CPT)
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Finance - Essential
- 5 - 10 Years Creditors Experience
- Strategix Business Central Experience
- +5 Years in Supervisor Capacity
- Experience on ERP Systems
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of supplier accounts ( Strategix Business Central, Parcel Perfect, BEE Rating and various required info)
- Allocate and capture key supplier transactions
- Allocate and capture group internal transactions
- Review and authorize captured supplier transactions
- Capture bank payments to supplier
- Prepare supplier remittances
- Assist with sub-contractor account reconciliations
- Review and sign off sub-contractor orders
- Review petty cash reconciliations
- Monthly creditors reports
- Manage creditors clerks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
