Job purpose:
To implement a high standard of customer service so as to attract and retain profitable clients.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
- Implement an exceptionally high standard of customer care at every interaction with potential or existing clients.
- Ensure that SLAs are adhered to in client query resolution
- Ensure that the quality control of every interaction with the clients is as per the standard set.
- Demonstrate innovation through recommendations of improving customer service levels
Competency and qualification requirements:
- Minimum: Grade 12
- Customer Care experience
- 2 years’ experience Micro finance industry
- Mathematical Literacy
