Position: Account Manager
We are seeking a presentable individual based in KZN who aligns with our business culture and can serve as a positive spokesperson to our customers. As a TFN Account Manager, your primary goal will be to visit customers and establish lasting business relationships, thereby maximising development, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Nurture Relationships:
- Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with key customers to ensure alignment with TFN's strategic objectives.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
Customer Portfolio Management:
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with customer relationships, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Performance Optimisation:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer relationships.
- Implement strategies to optimize customer performance, ensuring continuous improvement and value creation.
Issue Resolution:
- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution, collaborating with customers and internal teams to address any challenges promptly.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in client retention, account management, or the transportation and logistics industry is advantageous but not required.
- Sales experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with account management
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
