Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with Brand Managers to ensure consistency in messaging, focus, and creative assets.
Collaborate with the CRM team to drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions across websites and apps.
Identify and address short- and long-term strategic issues.
Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
2. Paid Media & Partnerships
Partner with media agencies to develop and execute performance-driven paid media campaigns.
Align and support multiple brand strategies with creative asset guidance.
Define, monitor, and report on paid media KPIs.
Draft digital creative briefs and ensure high-quality campaign deliverables.
Assist Brand Managers with digital creative oversight.
Identify and optimise critical conversion and drop-off points in the user journey.
Oversee community management efforts to boost brand sentiment and engagement.
Analyse community feedback to inform content and campaign refinements.
3. Social Media Management
Execute digital content strategy in partnership with content agencies and creators.
Work with influencer agencies to activate campaigns and enhance brand narratives.
Develop and manage content calendars across platforms to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
Drive social media growth and engagement, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
Maintain high attention to detail and deep understanding of platform-specific best practices.
4. Performance Measurement & Insights
Evaluate the performance of campaigns, content, and influencer activity across all digital channels.
Leverage data insights to improve customer targeting and personalization.
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI metrics.
Identify trends and optimize digital spend and tactics accordingly.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong creative and strategic thinking with innovative problem-solving ability.
In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, PPC, SEO/SEM, and digital tools.
Solid understanding of digital consumer behavior and funnel optimization.
Proficiency in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital and/or social media marketing.
Experience with key digital channels, including Paid Social, Search, Display, SEO/SEM, and CRM.
Proven ability to design and implement digital strategies that drive engagement and sales.
Skilled in data-driven decision-making and campaign reporting.
Experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
