Job Summary:
As a Sales Agent for our appliance extended warranty program, you will engage with customers to promote and sell warranty plans that provide peace of mind for their appliance purchases. Your role involves building trust, explaining the benefits of extended warranties, and closing sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, or in-person to present extended warranty options.
- Explain coverage details, benefits, and terms of the warranty clearly and persuasively.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Achieve sales goals and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and share feedback.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience or a passion for customer service.
- Ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with appliances or warranty sales is a plus.
