Hello, Future Display Specialist
As a Channel Specialist - Display, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid display and social media campaigns within the Internal Internet Capability. This role involves managing data, technology, AI, and campaign execution across DV360 and social media channels.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with various business units and teams within the First Rand Group (FRG), including Channels, Sub Segments, Retail and Commercial Sales, and Interaction Enablers, to ensure seamless end-to-end data and campaign flows.

Are you someone who can:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Display & Video 360, CM360, as well as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms in alignment with the digital strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation for maximum return.
- Optimize campaign settings, including bids, budgets, ad copy, and landing pages, to improve performance.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to the platforms’ best practices and client guidelines.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance in close collaboration with the head of performance, strategy, and data teams within Internet Capability. - Provide creative input into ad and landing page testing schedules to drive improved campaign results.
- Utilize Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform campaign decisions.
- Translate data into actionable insights for clients, providing regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition trends.
Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign output. - Work closely with account managers and other team members to ensure successful campaign execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication with all teams, keeping them informed of campaign progress and results.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in data, tech, and AI.
Requirements:
- NQF level 6 qualification.
- Other digital marketing, analytical, and/or media qualifications.
Additional Requirements:
- 3 years’ overall experience in a campaign management/performance role, managing high-performance data-driven campaigns across all display and social media channels.
- 3 years’ experience in Google Marketing Platforms (Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360).
- Google Marketing Platforms (Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360).
- Paid social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Experience in both is advantageous.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
