What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow customer relationships by providing tailored sales and merchandising solutions.
- Implement and drive monthly sales promotions and new product launches.
- Analyse customer needs and market trends to propose relevant product offerings.
- Ensure excellent shelf health and promotional compliance in all assigned stores.
- Provide key feedback on market insights, stock issues, and competitor activity.
- Supervise merchandisers and ensure effective execution of store activities.
What You’ll Need
- Matric (essential)
- Marketing/Sales Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
- 1–2 years’ direct sales experience
- Strong planning, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A valid Code EB driver’s licence
- Computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools)
