Key Responsibilities:
Design creative and detailed travel itineraries tailored to guest preferences and budget
Manage bookings from quotation to final confirmation, including invoicing and travel documentation
Engage consistently and professionally with sales teams, travel agents, and preferred suppliers
Participate in emergency duty and rotational shifts (early/late) as required
Proactively sell services and products, ensuring high-quality safari experiences
Uphold the brand's core values and contribute to sustainable tourism efforts
Knowledge & Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in tour consulting or travel itinerary management
Strong understanding of Southern and East African destinations (preferred)
Tourplan system knowledge (advantageous)
ESS and WETU proficiency essential
Knowledge of the luxury travel industry, products, and markets
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional planning and administrative skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
High attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in dynamic situations
Confident decision-maker with a “can-do” attitude
Collaborative team player who can work independently when needed
Technical Proficiency:
Tourplan (advantageous)
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
WETU and internal systems
