We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods, timely deliveries, and maintaining high standards of customer service while strictly adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles in full compliance with South African traffic laws and internal driving regulations.
- Collect, deliver, and hand over goods, ensuring accuracy in both quantity and quality.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure vehicles remain in good working condition.
- Adhere to company vehicle usage policies, prioritize safety at all times, and maintain accurate records.
- Cooperate with dispatch instructions and remain reachable by phone during working hours.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license ( code 10 or above, pdp)
- Minimum 5 years of proven driving experience; familiar with local roads and traffic laws.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and safety awareness, with a positive work attitude.
- Clean driving record; must be able to work overtime or travel when required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to R8 000,00 per month
