Evergreen Lifestyle Villages is looking for a highly efficient and motivated Duty Manager
Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Village Manager, the successful incumbent is expected to perform functions by assisting with the day to day operations of the Evergreen Village’s in order to achieve the business objectives of the Village as well as maintain the exceptional service standards expected in accordance with Evergreen Policies and Procedures.
Education and experience required:
· Must have at least 3 years Hospitality experience
· Must have good knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act Regulations
· Must have valid Driver’s License and own Vehicle
· Computer Literate
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
· To provide residents with a quality product / service as to ensure highest resident satisfaction.
· Improvement of service standards.
· To ensure good and effective communication of set objectives.
· Maintain a high level of personal service with all residents.
· Can make decisions that will benefit the village, after consultation with and mutual agreement with the Village Manager. Doing regular walkabouts and participating in any clean-up program.
· Should maintain all Company assets to the highest quality
· Ensure the preparation of relevant reports timeously (weekly / monthly).
· Ensure that all Service Providers adhere to the Service Level Agreement, failure to adhere to the Agreement corrective action to be taken to have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered for by the Village. To work in harmony with all staff and departments related to the operation.
· To attend training as and when required.
· A certain amount of maintenance will be required in this position
