Busy restaurant on a gorgeous wine farm in Simondium is looking for an energetic, service driven Duty Manager to join our small team.
Job responsibilities:
1. Overseeing daily restaurant operations
2. Managing staff, including scheduling and supervision
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints
4. Maintaining quality control and consistency in food and service
5. Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment
6. Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols
7. Monitoring sales and revenue
8. Coordinating with other departments (e.g., kitchen, front-of-house)
9. Maintaining a clean and organized environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Restaurant Management: 2 years (Required)
