Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about online retail? We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Administrator to manage the daily operations of our online stores across platforms like Takealot, Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience working on platforms such as Takealot, Shopify and WooCommerce. (Amazon experience would be an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in the backend functionality of Shopify and WooCommerce, including product uploads, SKUs, variants, tags, and SEO optimization.
- Comfortable using Canva to create or edit product visuals, banners, and marketing materials.
- Familiarity with warehouse/order management tools such as , Shopify or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, tags, categories, and high-quality images.
- Upload and maintain products across Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
- Optimize listings for searchability (SEO) and marketplace compliance.
- Use Canva to design and update product banners, promotional graphics, and online store visuals.
- Monitor and resolve platform-related issues, such as listing errors, order discrepancies, and stock mismatches.
- Coordinate with internal teams and courier/logistics partners to ensure seamless order processing.
- Research and implement new eCommerce platforms and tools aligned with business strategy.
- Maintain smooth operational workflows across all eCommerce channels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5 600,00 - R7 000,00 per month
