Manage teams and sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate site activities, reporting progress, and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct inspections and maintain quality control throughout project stages.

Requirements:
Experience in Eskom-spec transmission yard projects (must have worked on 132kV, 88kV, or 400kV substations).
Proven experience in supervisory roles on large-scale civil and earthworks projects.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is an advantage – however, candidates without a diploma will be considered if they have a strong, demonstrable history of carrying official supervisor appointments.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to be based on-site at Sun Central De Aar (first project location).
