§ Developing lesson plans in the relevant subject area and grade, and ensuring all lessons align with curriculum objectives.
§ Preparing students for unit tests, experiments, assessments, presentations, progression tests and exams.
§ Be willing to train and implement staff developmental programs.
§ Providing continuous learner support.
§ Implement effective and successful classroom management strategies using varied teaching styles, differentiation, active learning principles, and positive discipline methodologies.
§ Organisational proficiency in implementing, delivering and tracking coursework and assignments.
§ Initiating and participating in students’ outdoor learning programs.
§ Executing administration duties associated with classroom management and assessments.
