We are looking for a dedicated Email Outreach Specialist for a fast-growing USA-based digital marketing agency that delivers results-driven SEO and paid media campaigns for local businesses.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and motivated by performance bonuses tied to real results. We're seeking a person who thrives on learning new skills and has the resourcefulness to quickly figure things out and put them into action.
The Outreach Specialist will own the email outreach operations - setting up and managing campaigns using systems provided by our Done-For-You (DFY) partner agency. After training and setup, the role will also expand into LinkedIn automation and Upwork outreach to generate leads.
You will be central to the client acquisition efforts and will have opportunities to earn performance bonuses based on booked calls and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend DFY partner live training sessions and review recordings to learn the outreach system
- Set up and manage the outbound email outreach campaigns according to the provided SOPs
- Monitor campaign performance daily; optimize deliverability, open rates, and response handling
- Spend ~3–4 hours/day managing the email system; use the rest of the time on:
- LinkedIn automation (prospecting, connection requests, messaging sequences)
- Upwork outreach (sending tailored proposals and tracking responses)
- Track all activity in the CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up
- Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics and lead quality feedback
- Stay organized and manage priorities across multiple outreach channels
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in email outreach
- Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Instantly)
- Strong written English (fluent or very near fluent); ability to adapt tone for professional outreach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus: Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred)
