- Ensure that the daily Box times are met as per the required box times.
- Ensure that the accurate linen is used for the relevant airline.
- Inform your department manager if other airline stock is found in your specific equipment cage.
- Ensure that you pack with the correct flight configurations/GLPS’s. If you do not have the correct figures, request them from you Department Manager.
- Ensure that cutlery & linen is packed according to specification.
- Ensure the equipment breakages are recorded and reported to the manager.
- Ensure that the relevant CCP records are completed timeously.
- Ensure that airline linen is not used to clean equipment
- Ensure that all damaged or chipped equipment is placed in a crate and reported to the Department Manager.
- Ensure that you do not pack broken or chipped equipment in the trolleys.
- Do not issue dirty or wet equipment to the Production area.
- Ensure that all Equipment is clean before it is taken or issued from the cage
- Ensure that equipment coming from the dish room is clean before it is packed on shelves. If it is still dirty, please inform the department manager to return for re-wash.
- Any other reasonable task that may be required by management
