Eduvos is looking to hire the services of a Facilities Administrator at our Tygervalley campus on a permanent basis.

The Position:
- To provide administrative support to the Campus Facilities team, supporting service delivery to Eduvos by striving for transactional excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma or relevant qualification in facilities-, property- or business management or relevant work experience in a facilities management role. OHSA certification will be advantageous.
Experience:
- At least two years’ experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in property / facilities will be an advantage
- Previous health and safety training (fire, first aid, SHE)
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As the Facilities Administrator you will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Provide general administrative services, e.g. data capturing, filing, recordkeeping, etc.
- Provide operational support to the business in terms of day-to-day maintenance activities
- Act as Health and Safety Co-ordinator and ensures that all relevant aspects are adhered to by relevant parties
- Complete OHSA reporting
- Update and monitor equipment inspection matrix
- Maintain a record of all health and safety appointments and certification
- Contractor service level monitoring (Security, Cleaning, Maintenance)
- Support other departments with special projects / annual events (open day, induction, enrollment, parent evenings, etc.)
Functional and Behavioural Competencies
Functional competencies:
- Practical knowledge of basic administrative duties, e.g. filing, data capturing, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of OHSA
- Previous knowledge and utilisation of a facilities management solution will be advantageous i.e. Pragma

Unique Working Conditions
- Must be available to assist on-site outside normal business hours in emergencies
- Will be required to drive for business purposes (own vehicle)
- Assist campus on Open Days and events
- Managing campus cleaning team
