Minimum Skills and Knowledge Experience Required:
- Grade 12
- Level 4 – Diploma in sales and marketing / FMCG management (advantage)
- 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years in a management role
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. (ROI)
- Ability to understand financial data
- Experience managing client accounts
- Experience managing large teams
- Computer literacy (MS office – intermediate, MS Excel Advanced)
- Drivers Licence
