Responsibilities:
- Implement VM execution, window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal themes.
- Ensuring compliance with brand visual guidelines across all stores.
- Conducting store visits to assess and improve VM execution.
- Coordinating with field teams for promotional events.
- Training and guiding in-store staff on visual standards.
- Reporting on visual merchandising effectiveness and making recommendations.
- Implement adequate control systems to manage VM standards
- Deliver a great Customer Brand Experience
- Manage Assets & Expenses
- A Matric Certificate.
- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in Visual merchandiser
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or regional role will be an advantage.
- Visual & Creative Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, color coordination, and product placement.
- Retail & Commercial Awareness: Ability to align store layouts and displays with sales strategies.
- Project Management: Handling multiple stores, campaigns, and seasonal rollouts efficiently.
- Training & Leadership: Coaching in-store teams on visual standards and best practices.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills required to work closely with store managers, and field managers.
- Analytical Skills: Using sales data to assess the effectiveness of displays and making improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of planograms, VM software, and digital merchandising tools.
- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
- Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
