You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports 16 global entities, ensuring financial data is accurate, timely, and insightful.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately post salaries, variable compensation, and staff costs
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliations to ensure correct P&L entries
- Post accruals and prepayments for various OPEX areas and analyse monthly variances
- Own and review fixed assets, post depreciation, and analyse monthly changes
- Prepare monthly consolidated cost reports
- Collaborate with overseas offices to gather salary, headcount, and audit-related data
- Update Country Manager reports monthly
- Prepare monthly income statements and support divisional business partners with variance analysis
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations across all entities
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure correct invoice coding
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Support Business Partners and FP&A with timely financial data
What We’re Looking For
- Part-qualified accountant studying towards a Bachelor's degree, with at least 3 years’ experience in an accounts function
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Experience with global entities and foreign currency accounting
- Familiarity with Zuora, Salesforce, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Proactive, inquisitive, and ambitious approach to work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
