Requirements:
Computer literate: Pastel, Payroll, Efilling, Excel & Nightsbridge, online banking (Proven track record of experience)
Well spoken and written in English
Own transport
MUST be able to work alternate weekends
Ideally have people management experience, detail concious and be able to multitask, happy to work both in a team and alone, calm under presure, confident, flexable, honest, mature, take ownership and make thing happen.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Bookings by phone, email and online
Reception, answering phone and receiving guests
Occasionally arrange tours: tiger fishing/ Kruger National Park/ etc...
Offer advice to guests to make sure they get maximum value for their holiday
General administrative duties.
Nightsbridge: manage bookings, extra’s and invoicing
Pastel: Capturing of all customer & supplier invoices, processing payments, invoices and receipts. Bank reconciliation producing monthly statements. VAT reconciliation and monthly stock
Pastel Payroll: Preparation and finalisation of salaries, electronic submission of UIF & PAYE
E filling: Submit UIF, PAYE and VAT
Petty cash
