YOUR CORE DUTIES:
- Ensure a high level of customer service and promote a world class customer experience.
- Maintaining outstanding store standards and visual merchandising standards.
- Replenishing of stock to ensure that the store is fully stocked and products are readily available for customers.
- Promote sales.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Manage the point of sale processes.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
- Managing stock and monitoring the sales floor to minimize risk to the business.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns expressed by customers.
WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF YOU:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Retail experience will be an advantage.
- Customer service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Sound PC-skills, MS-office Knowledge, and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and over the festive season.
