About the Role:
As our Junior FOH Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth shift management, and a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing FOH operations during service
- Lead and support FOH team members to deliver top-tier service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness, health & safety, and service quality standards
- Assist stock control and cash ups
- Monitor stock levels for FOH supplies and coordinate with relevant departments
Requirements:
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferably.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of POS systems and daily cash-up procedures
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice to Have:
- Hospitality or management qualifications
- Experience with reservation and booking systems
