Front Desk Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the front desk, including scheduling, appointment booking, client check-in/out, and handling walk-in clients.

- Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage the cash register, and maintain accurate records of client transactions.
- Staff Management: Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to salon procedures and provide excellent customer service.
- Retail Support: Assist with retail sales, upselling products and services to clients, and maintaining inventory records.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and handle social media inquiries.
- Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting for clients.
- Report Generation: Compile reports for management, including inventory, sales, payroll, and salon occupancy.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
