Position Overview
We're on the lookout for a dynamic professional to lead our first point of contact. The role involves handling incoming calls, gathering information, and directing calls to the right department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask in an open-plan space, and greets walk-ins with a smile. Responsibilities include office coordination, administrative support for customer-facing teams, and managing office supplies. Specific Role Responsibilities
Answer and manage office switchboard
Coordination, ordering and supply of stationary and other office consumables and measuring usage and stock levels
Administration Support as required by Sales, Acquisitions, After Sales
Manage customers on arrival and suitable hand over to required function
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12
Valid Driver’s license (preferred)
At least 1 year experience in a customer service-related environment (advantageous)
English spoken and written / Additional languages (Xhosa; Zulu; Afrikaans) given preference
Computer / IT literacy
No criminal record
