We’re Hiring: Garden Nursery Salesman
Do you have a passion for plants and people? Our boutique garden nursery is looking for a motivated and friendly Salesman to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Assist customers with plant selection, gardening advice, and product knowledge
- Maintain excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
- Ensure the sales floor is well-presented, tidy, and fully stocked
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support with receiving stock, merchandising, and displays
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in sales or retail (nursery/garden industry a big plus)
- Strong plant knowledge or a keen willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work weekends/public holidays when needed
- Drivers License preferrable
