Oversee daily hotel operations across both properties, including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance
Lead and motivate a team of 60 staff members across both hotels
Deliver a world-class guest experience and maintain 4–5 star service standards
Recruit, train, and mentor hotel teams to ensure service excellence
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for both properties
Implement cost control measures while maximizing revenue and profitability
Develop and execute sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies
Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards across all departments
Build strong relationships with guests, local suppliers, and key stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury/boutique hotel environment
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience overseeing large hospitality teams
Solid knowledge of hotel operations, finance, and revenue management
Passion for hospitality, guest service, and luxury travel experiences
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive growth
