We are looking for a Farm Maintenance Manager to join our Farming operation. A successful candidate will match the following - but not limited to - criteria:
a successful candidate will be required to reside in Stutterheim.
Education
at least a grade 12 with 1 or 2 additional related short courses
Job Related Experience
- Experience on single stage Petersime machines advantageous
- building
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Budgeting
Experience
- 2-3 years in the same or similar role.
Duties
- Duties will broadly include but are not limited to;
- maintenance on buildings,
- assisting with construction,
- assisting with electrical installations,
- maintenance on electric motors and systems,
- fault finding on electrical systems,
- maintenance on plumbing systems,
- installation of new plumbing systems,
- spot checks on all farms,
- planning new installations and quantifying materials,
- budgeting for maintenance materials,
