Your Purpose...
- The ETM is responsible for the development, recruitment, training, programming, and delivery of quality assurance across all ETM programs. This role will also be responsible for identifying and establishing exercise partnerships and present at wellness, fitness and other related events as required. Sits on global ETM team.
Your Duties and Responsibilities...
- To oversee the creation of the Virgin Active concepts. Ensure current concepts are kept up to date and delivered at a gold standard level as well as bringing forward ideas for new concept initiatives.
- Lead the project management of concept rollouts following the “Product Roll Out” plan.
- Continuously evaluate concepts making changes based on performance, member feedback, & industry trends
- Create learning & development content for concepts – including learning flow, facilitator guides & manuals.
- Line manages a team of concept “Leads” to ensure coverage across all clubs each month – focusing on concept standards, instructor development, and quality assurance.
- Create a coaching pathway from foundation to master level for each concept.
- Create an experiences/workshops/events calendar for each concept.
- Create a culture where the community becomes raving fans of the program.
- Create programs/workouts for Online filming.
- Deliver Concept courses within the Academy.
- To represent Virgin Active in marketing, PR, trade shows, conferences, and events as our SA expert
- To personally deliver 4 club classes per week
- Drive commercial viability of GEX
- Monthly and quarterly GEX reporting and management of GEX dashboard packs
- People leadership responsibilities which include, the recruitment, development, coaching and performance management of the regional leads
- VASA shall have the exclusive right to your services internationally. You shall not engage or provide your services with any other fitness professional or facility, without express written permission.
We can’t live without… (Minimum Requirements)
- A Formal Fitness Qualification/s relevant to ETM
- 5-8 years’ experience within a senior management role
- People management experience
- Passion for Music & Dance
- You know how to implement GEX programs and love doing it
- A highly regarded group exercise reputation with members and fellow instructors
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
