Requirements
- A relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preferable a
Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (light current)
- Minimum eight (8) years’ relevant industry experience in
head role
- Experience in a similar local government municipality will be

- Manage; implement and maintain the Telecoms Fixed
Inter-networking and Connectivity Services, Network

- Manage operational and capital activities including projects
- Coordination installation, commissioning, and maintenance
- Responsible for tender/bid, contract and procurement
