HOTEL TRAVEL DESK CONSULTANT
Required to manage a travel desk at hotel. Must be presentable, eloquent and confident with sound knowledge base of sites and attractions in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues and travel options about Cape Town.
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcoming guests, arranging itineraries
Booking transfers, tours and chauffeur drives
Experience advantageous
Sound communication skills
WhatsApp enabled Phone
Computer literate
Able to work under pressure and trouble shoot when the situation arises
