As a Human Capital Business Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Human Capital (HC) matters within your business unit. You’ll support business outcomes by delivering efficient HC operations, ensuring policy compliance, and improving employee satisfaction through responsive and high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline advice and support on HC policies and procedures
- Coordinate and manage talent administration (onboarding, offboarding, job changes)
- Assist in employee relations and ensure compliance with labour legislation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HC documentation
- Compile reports and contribute to HC insights and data-driven decisions
- Champion operational excellence and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Support internal collaboration and build strong working relationships across the organisation

Education
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field - Essential
Experience
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in a Human Resources support role
- Solid knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA, POPIA)
