- Completed National Diploma / Degree in HR Management / Industrial Psychology
- Relevant knowledge, skills and experience in HR business partnering within the financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSA
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Advanced Excel skills)
