- An appropriate, recognised qualification at NQF level 5, with preference for a qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- A relevant NQF level 6 qualification will be an advantage.
- Two years’ relevant work experience in Human Resources.
- Track documentation.
- Monitor submission deadlines for internal and external reports.
- Maintain HR records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings.
- Keep record of meetings.
- Assist with coordination and execution of HR projects.
- Generate correspondence, minutes, presentations, etc.
- Maintain and keep stock of office stationery.
- Keep track of expenses against the HR budget.
- Keep track of documents and Action lists for all meetings.
- Register and track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Coordinate, track and follow up on documents that require action or approval.
- Perform other administrative functions, delegated from time to time.
