We are looking for a seasoned HR Professional with sound experience in the following
Non- Negotiable
o B.Tech or B Com qualification in Human Resource Management
o Proficient in MS Office pacakages (Advance Microsoft Excel)
o HR SAGE 300 experience will be advantageous.
o 3 – 5 years REM Channel experience will be advantageous
o 3 – 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and/or role
o Strong experience with HR Monthly and quarterly reports
o Strong HR Data analytics skills
o Experience in HR Data analytics, HR systems, Employment Equity and BBBEE
o Experience in implementation of Organisational Design strategies.
o Experience in coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
o Experience in conducting case investigations and managing disciplinary at factory level.
o Executing recruitment process in line with company policy
o Must have reliable transport

Pay: R25 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
