Our team in South Africa is looking for an ICX Consultant - Cold Chain to join our team in Cape Town.
As an ICX Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience and ensuring that our cold chain solutions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with our customers, sales teams, and operations teams to design and implement tailored logistics solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure that our cold chain solutions are executed flawlessly and meet customer expectations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety and pharmaceutical regulations.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
Requirements:
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Strong customer service skills and focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Familiarity with cold chain logistics and regulations is an advantage.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
