The ideal In-store promoter is to be based near Witbank CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand and promote products/services at events, stores, and other locations.
- Engage with customers to create brand awareness and increase sales.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and offers.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, samples, and giveaways.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Answer customer queries and assist with purchasing decisions.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing promotional setup.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a promoter, sales representative, or in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and confident personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High energy and enthusiasm for representing the brand.
