Job Description
As an Electrical Engineering graduate in our confectionery environment, you will be gaining practical exposure to engineering practices.
- During this time, you will work in our Continuous Improvement Department, providing support to Production and Operational Developments, while at the same time, picking up soft skills such as facilitation, time management and teamwork.
- You will be exposed to real work, taking place in our production environments, as well as business initiatives.
- Project management from implementation to completion related to production.
- You will be provided with relevant training and mentoring providing both formal and informal guidance.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Office Management/Office Systems and Processes
- MS Office skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication (verbal and written)
- Teamwork
- Deadline Driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have a good understanding of the flow of production processes from raw material to final product
