We’re looking for someone like you: someone with 2+ years of insurance verification experience, who understands U.S. healthcare systems, and is eager to contribute to something meaningful — all from the comfort of your home in South Africa.
What You’ll Be Doing
Calling U.S. insurance companies to verify provider network status and patient coverage
Documenting insurance benefit details with total accuracy
Submitting and following up on pre-authorizations (a smaller part of the job)
Collaborating with clinical teams to keep patient care moving forward
Being a voice of clarity, accuracy, and patient advocacy
What You’ll Need
✔ Solid experience with U.S. insurance verifications (2–4 years)
✔ Bonus if you’ve worked with wound care or prior authorizations before
✔ Confident phone and communication skills
✔ Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace
✔ Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM SAST)
