Internal Sales Rep Needed
Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and keep an active eye over key accounts
- Initiating, planning and executing sales calls including cold calling
- Ability to manage both internal and external sales including sales software system
- Ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with in a professional and timeously manner
- Communicate prices and increases to customers
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, potential new products/services
- Keep up to date with product knowledge including best practices and promotional trends
- Assist dispatch with customer orders
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience in the Hardware Store(2-3)
Computer literate
Salary: Market Related
