The Role – Your Next Big Opportunity!
Provide pre- and post-sales support to the sales team by managing customer requests for feasibilities, quotes, and orders. Provide efficient internal and external support to contribute to the sales team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
- To understand all Frogfoot products and services, sales processes, as well as systems.
- Capturing information for, as well as generating, and processing of; feasibilities, quotes, service orders, and change orders.
- Collecting outstanding customer information as required for processing of quotes, orders, installations, and billing of services.
- Liaising and collaborating with internal departments as and when required.
- Assist in the general administrative functions required within the sales administration team.
