Job Summary:
Our client at Monka Investments is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled IT Project Manager to join their team, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who excels in providing high-level IT support, including desktop and hardware services, while also effectively managing client accounts and onsite warranty support services.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to clients, backed by a strong HR support structure that enables the deployment of a qualified and responsive IT resource pool as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- OEM Hardware Support Engineer Certificate
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resource Capacity Management for IT teams.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Desktop Support experience.
- Strong technical understanding of desktop and hardware environments.
- Excellent people management and resource planning abilities.
- Effective communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in HR-driven IT service delivery models.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes or similar frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user desktop support, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Conduct and manage onsite warranty support and hardware replacements.
- Liaise with OEM vendors for escalations and ensure adherence to warranty terms.
- Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee a team of technicians to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Manage and maintain a pool of qualified technical resources.
- Review CVs and qualifications to ensure team members meet required experience standards.
- Ensure all HR compliance and documentation (CVs, qualifications, certifications) is updated and aligned with project needs

Pay: R35 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
