We’re on the lookout for a young, enthusiastic, and tech-driven individual to join our growing team at Tech Shinobi as an IT Sales Assistant.
What we're looking for:
A genuine passion for tech and IT (you don’t need to know everything about PCs – just bring your eagerness to learn!)
Based in Salt River, Cape Town – with your own reliable transport
No prior retail experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to grow
A strong eye for detail and the ability to pick things up quickly
Comfortable working closely with the owner and learning the day-to-day operations of an IT retail outlet
our key responsibilities will include:
Assisting walk-in customers with basic IT-related queries
Identifying and probing common tech issues
Logging and booking in devices for repairs, upgrades, or custom PC builds
Helping to ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience
*Please no students who are currently actively studying towards a qualification as this is a full time role.
*Please note, this role is located in Salt River, please ensure you reside close to Salt River, or in the near surroundings.
*This is an entry level role, we are seeking candidates with little to minimal work experience.
