- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a welcoming and attractive store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and organized.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and delivery options, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, as required.
