TT Thermal Logistics is an upcoming provider in logistics solutions, specializing in the efficient and safe transportation of goods. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Admin to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Junior Accounts Admin at TT Thermal Logistics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of transport operations. You will be responsible for Invoicing, compliance orders, managing documentation, liaising with suppliers and clients, filing, and ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
· Invoicing and liaising with clients
· Compliance orders.
· Maintain accurate records of Accounts Department.
· Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
· Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement when necessary.
· Prepare reports on Departmental performance and efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Assist in resolving any Accounts-related issues or delays.
Requirements:
· Undergraduate qualification in the relevant field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the administrative role.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Knowledge of Accounting software or systems is an advantage.
