Overview:
Reporting directly to the Global Payroll Manager, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the NSC Global weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll processing, including recordkeeping and reporting. Managing the CRS payroll system, including vendor management and working closely with the internal Human Capital staff and global Payroll team to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:Main tasks:
- Ensuring timely weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll processing for the North American and Latin American NSC Global payrolls, by working closely with internal resource managers and internal departments.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing occurs.
- Resolving all NSC Global payroll issues and query handling.
- Principle interface on all Payroll internal and external audit inquiries
- Data input on the CRS payroll system
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience on CRS payroll system
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years excel experience preferred.
