We are now looking for an energetic, disciplined, and results-driven junior cold-caller who will focus on prospecting, cold calling, and setting quality appointments for our CEO and senior sales team to close.
Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact with potential clients — engaging decision-makers, understanding their needs, and securing meetings for our closing team.
This is a pure hunting role — no account management. The right candidate will have the drive to make high volumes of calls, build rapport quickly, and navigate corporate gatekeepers with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and qualify new sales leads within target markets.
- Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
- Engage with executives and decision-makers to build interest and secure appointments.
- Use CRM tools to log all activities, track leads, and manage your pipeline.
- Follow up with warm leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the CEO/senior sales team to ensure appointment quality and briefing accuracy.
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and booked meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years outbound sales / cold calling / tele-prospecting experience.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
- Confident in engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling objections.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
